EXW

Ex Works: The seller makes the goods avail­able at their premises. The buyer bears all costs and risks involved in tak­ing the goods from there to the desired destination.

Ο πωλητής διαθέτει τα αγαθά στις εγκαταστάσεις του. Ο αγοραστής αναλαμβάνει όλα τα κόστη και τους κινδύνους για τη μεταφορά των αγαθών στον επιθυμητό προορισμό.

FCA

Free Car­rier: The seller deliv­ers the goods to a car­rier or another per­son nom­i­nated by the buyer at the seller’s premises or another named place.

Ο πωλητής παραδίδει τα αγαθά σε μεταφορέα ή άλλο άτομο που ορίζεται από τον αγοραστή στις εγκαταστάσεις του πωλητή ή σε άλλο ορισμένο μέρος.

Car­riage Paid To: The seller pays for the car­riage of the goods up to the named place of destination.
